Susan is a Western North Carolina native with 23 years experience as a full time real estate agent and has been a multi-million dollar producer since 1985.  Being a mother and grandmother herself makes it easy for her to relate to the needs that face most families in search of a new home.  Through her years of experience she’s helped hundreds of families find the perfect home based on their needs. 

Susan was the recipient of the Masters Diamond Award for 2004 and 2005.  She also received the Centurion Award as well as the Top Sales Agent by Volume and Production for her office in 2006.  Her credentials include Certified Residential Specialist, Graduate Realtors Institute and Accredited Buyers Agent.
