Nancy is a long time resident of Henderson County who loves to call Western North Carolina home.  With a great appreciation of our Community, she enjoys everything the area has to offer, from beautiful national forests to peaceful downtown settings.

After graduating from West Henderson High School, Nancy attended UNC Asheville where she earned a Bachelors Degree in Computer Science.  After graduation, Nancy worked in the computer industry managing infrastructure services for a large IT Outsourcing Company for many years.  Although she enjoyed the work, travel was keeping her from what was most important, family and home.  With a husband in real estate and construction, she decided to become a licensed loan officer where she could help others achieve the American Dream.  She then ventured into real esate sales and continues to have a license in both areas.  Understanding all aspects of the real estate transaction helps Nancy better assist her clients in one of their most important decisions.

Nancy is blessed with two wonderful children and is married to fellow agent, Jeff Lauffer.  She enjoys camping, running, skiing, hiking and spending time with her family and friends.
