Melinda is passionate about her native home. Growing up in Western North Carolina has made her appreciate the many things that people moving to our area seek out, the Blue Ridge Mountains, National and State Parks as well as a relaxed, unhurried way of life. While the beauty of our natural resources and outdoor activity opportunities abound, it’s the people that shape the neighborhoods and make this one of the most desirable areas in the Country to live.

Prior to her career in Real Estate, Melinda worked for a nationally recognized financial publishing company. Shortly after obtaining her license to sell Real Estate, Melinda went on to become a REALTOR® and has attained Multi-Million Dollar Producer status. Continually upgrading her knowledge, she is a recent graduate of the Floyd Wickman Real Estate Program.
