A native of Tallahassee, Florida, Emery spent the first 40 years of his working life in the field of radio broadcasting; as an announcer, commercial salesman, engineer and finally owner/operator.  He was also known in those early years in Florida, Georgia, and Alabama for his lively swing band, entertaining at colleges, clubs and other social functions throughout the area.

Seeking a change of pace in his life, Emery left broadcasting in 1988 to pursue other endeavors.  He became a licensed Real Estate Broker, a North Carolina Building Contractor and a Due Diligence Consultant in the secondary home loan market; serving Mortgage Investment Companies in their purchase of loan portfolios from major banks.  The tweny years of experience, in these three closely related fields, has equipped Emery to provide you with a very high degree of professional real estate service.

Dianne Evans, Emery's wife and partner of fifty plus years, is a well known author of several best selling cookbooks.  However, having also been active in the real estate business, she still finds time to assist Emery in providing a great service to his clients.
